Hello, friends. We’re getting more rain here in the Monadnock Region this morning but the air temperatures are very comfortable for now. Let’s hope that our weather is reasonable going forward.
I’m just one week away from setting up my booth at Mt. Sunapee for the 90th Annual League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s Fair. Set up takes a minimum of two days, and the fair runs for 9 days (August 5-13). It is a commitment, to be sure! I drove up yesterday to drop off some work for the Art, Craft & Design exhibition, the raffle, and the scavenger hunt. I made little Inkle band bookmarks for the kids who complete the scavenger hunt. Here is my raffle item, an overshot table runner:

I will be in Booth 810 this year and my booth is receiving a MAJOR facelift. I will share photos once the setup is complete next week! I haven’t been this excited about my booth preparations since my first fair 8 years ago.
Customer favorites will be on display, such as handwoven kitchen towels:

and table runners:

I have some new scarf designs, too. Here is one:

If you have any questions about the Fair, please feel free to inquire in the comments section. If you’d like to purchase tickets online prior to the event, you may do so here. Hope to see you soon!
Be well,
Kate K.
